Primarily obese people, elderly and other people with serious health issues. Also, why would you be surprised with a liberal not wanting a mask mandate? Any actual liberal would be firmly against any government mandate on the people telling them what they need to wear. That would be authoritarian. The two biggest vaccines in the world were first tested here in the US, yet no mutations started here, nor have they from any of the now most highly vaccinated countries.
