Company leadership has said if you aren't comfortable with their approach, work from home. The ones that had the option it was hit and miss as far as the effectiveness of them working from home. Comes down to personal dedication when your home. Can see a lot of distractions while at home. They did have an opt out of survey box. Something like 80%+ vaccinated. Haven't heard of any cases here. There were some cases in our plants though. Masks for everyone no matter what, unless you’re eating or drinking. Most of the office people here, I haven’t seen since March of 2020 and doubt I will ever again. Company has a work from home unless you need to come in attitude that sounds like it will be in place forever now. Some office spaces on the property have already been decommissioned. My wife had her office space pretty much eliminated, and she's now considered a "WFH" (work from home) employee, permanently. She has to reserve a "mobile desk" if she needs to go into work now. I'm always alone at work and on site so no interaction with anyone. Only time I get all nutty with sanitizer and masks is at the terminal. When it comes to pure office plays suburban office parks not as much as stuff in the cities which is kind of funny for all of the calls of covid decimating cities.
