There are two sets of ballots.  One for Dems and one for Repubs and there is a physical defect with the Repubs that sent them to adjucation.

I saw last night the judge in Georgia that was reviewing the voter fraud case and dismissed it happened to be Stacey Abram's sister, Judge Leslie Abrams, also she refused to recuse herself from the case.. Kinda odd right??

 I only mentioned the Georgia case in response to your question of " why isn't it being argued in court" because it was attempted but it was dismissed by a political activists sister who is the judge on the case and refused to recuse herself..

aside from the fact this guy is basically admitting to a federal crime if he is telling the truth? I am skeptical.

Have to remember where most of these guys are getting their misinformation.  Right wing unfettered sources for propaganda. One cannot assume they have basic knowledge of the election many take for granted.  There is no line of rational thinking given the facts that one concludes Donny won.....only accusations and fodder driven by conspiracy backed sources.
