It was totally unfinished to start It was just concrete walls. I added a craft room for my wife, a bathroom and a large man space on the opposite side and did all the work except mud the Sheetrock and the baseboard heat. All LED lighting was used. I passed, frame, insulation and electric inspections. I have had her show me many craft rooms her friends had built for the last 10 years......now she shows her photos. i need to build a small bar on the other side and put stair rails on before the final inspection.
