Even when Beef is well done on the pellet grill - the ladies were complaining it wasn't done enough because of the color even though way too much of the juice and tenderness was cooked out of it. The boys and I like it medium rare. So I finally said screw if - crank it up to 500 and let theirs cook for about 10-15 minutes before I put ours on.
