yes ...from time to time my local butcher will have ribeye or porterhouse for about 6-7$ per and I assume its about what you are getting. They are hit and miss. Always taste good but once in a while you get one that is a bit tough

It really is easy to do, just set it and forget it once you have it figured out. I don't worry about minor temperature swings.

Ribs are wrapped with honey, brown sugar and a little apple cider. I know, I like the bark, too. But the old lady likes them better when they are wrapped :ashamed:

I also threw a couple of big potatoes wrapped in foil on the kettle earlier.
