A close friend qualified for the competition and he took my BBQ sauce along for the ride. It ended up winning (out of 91 entered) and scored a perfect 180. Making 50 more gallons tomorrow! Had problems with the smoker, temps went to 385 when set for 250. I think it needs a good cleaning. Luckily I caught it and cooled things and restarted.
