irv
Got another ride in today with my son. Port Perry trails were great again but I was disappointed the entrance into the Ganny and in a couple k past there were rough as hell. It was like that yesterday but I thought they would have groomed last night? Not a slam as usually the Ganny is awesome so I can only assume a groomer is down or there is no one to drive it? Overall, a pretty good day with lots of sleds out. I don't work Fridays but I had no idea lots of others didn't either. By far the busiest Friday I have ever seen out there!

That's quite a bit more than there was just a couple of days ago. Looking forward to getting out again tomorrow morning.

Platinum Contributing Member Blackstar Posted February 10, 2018 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted February 10, 2018 Trails are open here. I could leave my driveway. The first time in 3 years. And I'm so sick with a cold I can't get interest. Netflix sounds better.
Pete Z
Here ya go Dirtybeacher. Pics taken today - this snow is so young that it's barely legal. lmao
Poncho
Just back from another ride. Rode from my place to Arnprior. We took the new trail through Arnprior and crossed the new OFSC bridge. Lunched at the Prior and back by the rail line to Renfrew and Calibogie.

Fozzy
Rode Thursday night 150km out of Stittsville, Richmond and North Gower. Then an out the door early from Stiitsvillle on Friday. Rode to North Gower to meet up with three others, Smith Falls, Perth, Lanark up to Wheelers for Pancakes and sausages. Wheelers is an amazing spot but the 20km in and out of there is pure hell. Tight twisty trails, not my kind of riding. Thinking of a two day saddle bag ride out of my place for Thursday and Friday this week. Can anyone comment on how the trails are like in the Bancroft area or maybe Huntsville?

ArcticCrusher
Got out for a decent ride yesterday. Surprised by the number of older sleds. Trails were busy and very good.

Did it once don't think I would do it again if I got back into sledding

Although, they say if you ride the trails to the west along the lake there are some nice views.
