Thing is the entire media apparatus was in unison and it took about 6 months for trump to really ramp up the counter offensive to attempt to counter the "chaos" in the WH the media was crafting. He was his only outlet to "correct" the narrative and being a grade 3 speaker that he is, didnt do him any favors. But the media gets to print the story there way so you need to tread lightly when bashing them openly. Trump was correct about everything pertaining the media. Problem was he gave them exactly what they wanted and it helped them prove he was not man enough for the job by they way he dealt with them. Once he had the upper hand he should've shut them out.
