racinfarmer
Don't worry about it. It'll be covered in belt and brake dust soon enough and you'll never know. 1

You are stupid enough to post proof that you're wrong... BTW those aren't cables, they are called lines or hoses. Like I said, both are braided stainless lines. One has a clear cover, one has a smoked, or tinted cover, they are available in lots of colors. https://youtu.be/Rb5yi18GnIc Edited January 15 by krom

I was correct, as usual. Plastic coated. Not sure why or needed.

Better than burning to death on a poo. 1 minute ago, ZR6000RR said: Fuck off. I was wrong, as usual. Plastic coated. Not sure why or needed. You said cat stopped using braided line. This is false, you can even see the braided stainless in the picture you posted. The truth is that both sleds have the same vinyl coated braided stainless steel line, just with a different color vinyl. So you were wrong, just like you always are. No. I said it looks like they went away from them. Just made them less flexible. Correct as usual. You are wrong as always.
Not greg b
Since I am out of brake in and got good snow last night. I gave it full fucking send this afternoon. Fuel mileage went from 10.8 to 8.8mpg. Still has a ton of clutch heat and now belt dust everywhere on the outside of the tunnel. The muffler side of the tunnel is clean. Broke a carbide damnit. Good thing I have spare tires. Put about 75 miles on it today.
Not greg b
Also the throttle cable stretches a lot between new and 200 miles. I thought I was loosing the engine but turns out it is the safety switch. Check that if you bought a catalyst.

Belt final drive is the real deal though. Compared to my 22, way smoother, quieter and no noise from forward to reverse.

Good thing it’s quiet and smooth, since it’s so slow, man 14th was the first Catalyst in Pro Stock, it sounds like they went backwards. Are they going to go back to racing the Pro-Cross?
