  1. One thing that stands out for me is insurance, mine has almost tripled in the last 3 years, with homeowners taking the biggest jump.
  2. Now add who couldn’t pay their student loans.
  3. Krom's right, and 99% can tell the difference between a 137 and 129, only 1% (you) can't.
  4. Trying to have her removed because she had an affair seemed a little silly and I'm surprised she didn't just admit it and move on (even though that was a line she used against her competition to get elected) but by digging in and perjuring herself on the witness stand should be her biggest problem, if she's not charged with perjury everyone should question the two tiered justice system. Her credibility is gone.
  5. What about all the questions the judge asked about selective prosecution?

    SOTU

Most of the talk is about Biden avoiding talking about the border, and Biden talking about the violence problem but ignoring the violence by illegals. Kristi Noem has been making good points.

I just checked and it's not down.
  9. Even though the Democrats in control of the senate have chosen not to address it, each State is addressing it and that's the way it should be.
  10. In sales terms yes, a turbo-normalized engine is a turbo-charged engine limited to 30 inches of manifold pressure, any thing boosted over 30 inches of manifold pressure is no longer considered turbo normalized. So if Doo, (all components the same), increases boost over 30 inches of MP it would no longer be considers turbo-normalized.
  11. I bet there are a lot of drinking games planned..
  12. Roe vs Wade was always considered an emotional decision that wasn't based in law, even Ruth Ginsburg said it wouldn't hold up to scrutiny. If the Democrats are so Hell bent on it becoming federally controlled wouldn't now be a good time to make legislation that supports it? The only thing overturning Roe vs Wade achieved is turning it over to individual States, so why is that such an issue? I'm all for less Federal Government overreach.
  13. Since aviation was brought into the discussion and I debated heavily putting a TAT Whirlwind III on my Bonanza, I'll add their comparisons of turbocharging and turbo-normalizing. https://taturbo.com/tnvtc.html Turbonormalizing Vs Turbocharging. Understanding the important differences Let us begin. TN and TC engines share the following characteristics: Both involve compressing outside ambient air to make it available as denser air to the engine induction system so that the engine can make more power. The degree to which the air is compressed is just a matter of design choice when one decides to specify the engine and its ability to make horsepower across the normal range of desired altitudes. Any time you compress air - you make it hotter. (As discussed below - almost everybody in the early days missed the importance of intercoolers.) Both TN and TC systems use an exhaust driven turbine to drive a centrifugal compressor - at speeds that may range as high as 120,000 RPM on some units. Both TN and TC systems can use the same turbo components. The TN system designer typically starts with a normally aspirated engine and asks the following question:
  14. One of the problems I've noticed going back to the Obama vs Romney debate is the moderators becoming a 3rd debater, I still remember Maddow interrupting Romney and telling him he's wrong, not letting him finish and just being a bitch, after it came out he was right I really thought it would end her career, but her response was even though she was wrong it served her purpose to change the debate in favor of Obama. (he was loosing bad).
  15. At just over $20,000 for the 136.

  19. It kinda is for Texas, last year was wetter than normal so the fuel loading (grass) is incredible this year.so a big fire season was expected and with 2 days of 50-60 MPH winds there's not much they can do, Mother Nature helped today cool temps and it snowed really helped check it up.
  20. It was 1990, I had a 500SP I forgot about that one.
  21. I forget what year Bunke's brought their SOO sled to Pine lake, everyone was blown away to see an actual Mod sled, the Mod class up till then was always used as a pre-run to get their stock sled ready for Pro-Stock. But now instead of the Pro class it looks like the Sport class is the most important, I wonder if Herf will move down?
  22. Back in the 80's it was 56hp racing, 90's they moved to 440's, as the 440's disappeared they went to 600's in the 2000's and finally to EPA compliant 600's.
