Heads should roll (fired) for anyone involved in that decision and then they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It's all LE's duty to ensure justice is served for ALL parties involved, not just the prosecution. Suppression or withholding of evidence is rampant in our justice system and absolutely must be rooted out even at the expense of the guilty sometimes going free. Rod Posted November 4, 2021 Author Share Posted November 4, 2021 Some major things for self defence are feeling your life is being threatened, reacting with reasonable force, and stopping once the threat is neutralized. these all appear to factors in this case Kyle was thrown to the ground and was being assaulted with a weapon and being attacked by several people during a riot. His decision to shoot was reasonable, and he quit after the threat was neutralized. in the case of Michael Dunn one of the reasons he got convicted of murder when he killed that black kid was he unloaded like 11 rounds into their car even when they were trying to flee from him.
