Doing that self fogging procedure then a few starts since then wasted expensive plugs

I noticed no difference on mine going from plugs that looked like that to fresh ones.   the self fogging process on the etec is awesome.

I have mine not start before because plugs were bad like that. I had a new set and the air box off so replaced them. I didn’t expect them to be that bad but they were

I changed them on my last etec at 6k just because. Didn’t notice any difference.

i think it is.  I've had 3 800 etecs and a couple of 600etec with 6000+-  on them and only 1 ever got plugs.
