Focus RS would smoke most of the old muscle cars.

Unfortunately yes. But I would still prefer the 70 personally.  The looks, sound and nostalgia are irreplaceable.  There's something aboot having your wedding tackle being slapped aboot while at a stop light

Nostalgia and collectibility is the big selling point. Cars are so much better now power and handling does not even compare. Who would have thought back then we'd see a 650 hp caddy or a 700 plus hp mopar from the factory!

That being said....hp #s were downplayed back in the day for insurance purposes and were much higher then listed.

If you get right down to it, I'd probably like a GLE 63 more than an Escalade...but they're smaller and not at 110 grand.  But we're assuming money is no object....so ok...I changed my mind  My ML has been really good to me, I've put over 100k miles on it now  :bc:

I think all of the Syclones and Typhoons are all snatched up. You don't see them up for sale very often. I only have one left nut,so I won't be getting a 87 GNX anytime soon.:bc:
