Then two months with half the nicotine. Then two months without nicotine. Tossed it all in the garbage after that. You gotta have a plan. Try to cut out caffeine and alcohol or cut at back on them. Mom died at 62, sister at 63, other relatives I'm not sure of the ages, 1 Uncle who never smoked lived till 91, my dad never smoked and died at 85.
