I know a few people who've been stereotypical narcissists their entire lives, but it seems to be spreading and growing like a cancer... including types that to be frank aren't anyone special. I see it as much or more in older people, who are less likely social media users. It's almost as if there's two generations which seemingly act more entitled than the rest.
