I remember in one of the old war movies my dad use to watch one of the "Old Salty Dogs" onboard would tied a string from one side of the sub to the other side while on the surface and as the sub dove deeper and deeper the string would sag. Then the added sounds effects of metal creaking and making noise the old guys would scare the shit out of the new young guys aboard the sub.......... :lolz:

That sub imploding is kind of like a bug hitting your windshield at 70 plus mph.

No. She went to Egypt, Tanzania, Thailand, Serbia and the Cook Islands with me.

Other than to recover the wreckage, to show everyone else how NOT to build a submersible, why the fuck do we care about recovery?  I mean, their bodies are fish food at best by now...

The narrative is that the US slow response caused their deaths….lmao

The narrative is that the US Navy knew that same day it happened but kept quiet so the story would keep all the Biden bullshit out of the News cycle.🤷🏻

Here I thought they were trying to find a way to pin the accident on Trump, and indict him for something new.  Maybe if we give it enough time, they'll figure a way to accomplish that.

Probably because the USN knew from the start the submersible imploded.

Yeah, they must hear EVERYTHING under the surface.  Crazy... but good to know they are trying to find nefarious suspects.

Agreed. The US navy has listening devices everywhere. They also know the signature of underwater sounds.
