You brag about gas mileage on slow Wife and Kid rides .

I bet you are a real high mileage Sledder 9_9

How many miles on your 2022? A pic should settle it . :news:

2-3 K when time allows. Only 650 this year. Work, club rides, then Covid. Hope for 1500 this year yet though. Most I ever did was 6000. When I retire in 5 plus, will get back into that. Ride cat so no worries on blow ups like the off brands, like poo. You know the drill.

Nice to see everyone getting along so nicely. Good for Cat, its a logical and affordable solution. Google Maps on your everyday Smartphone destroyed the need and cost for GPS in vehicles, same thing here. Its dash mounted and looks just fine, good job Cat.

Remarkable actually.  How predictable it is.  Pretty sure if we did a poll, we'd find that 90% of the members here ride less than 100 miles per year if they even own a snowmobile.

Well that is what happens when you think Polaris means quality.  Silly girl!

Quality like my 19 8000rr with the blown clutch at 1800 mi, cracked clutch at 2500mi, fuel pump that would randomly lock up for no reason, most of the tunnel rivets were loose at around 3k too when i sold it. Ran like a good running f6 untill i put a pipe and tune on it, then it still got it's ass kicked by a stock 17 assault thats on the no maintenance plan. It was great in the rough stuff but i don't think the chassis would've held up for 1 more season without alot of work

Just saw this after reading your post….

So we had an experience on Sunday afternoon, 2021 skidoo burnt up. Fortunately we were literally at cut river road and the trail to the inn and store.
Coming to a stop we all noticed a strong fuel smell and our friend's doo was smoldering already. We pull pto panel and there were flames,he was pull his phone and bags off while I was trying to fill it with snow. I jumped on my sled and went in and grabbed an extinguisher from the cut river store. They called the fire station and I raced back to find it engulfed in flames.
I hit it with a tiny extinguisher which helped but kept tossing snow on .
It's a total loss  but not a puddle of goo, plenty of good parts yet. Bad end to a good weekend of riding, this was Sunday about 11am

Not sure. Not many Polaris here. 2018, 19 probably.1500 miles give or take. Why do the Polaris sleds fowl plugs like it is Easter egg hunt Sumday? Last Cat I had that happen was a 1994.

He said he'd get most of us in the 1st corner so not sure I'd keep up. I offered to meet up with him for a ride last year  but all i got was excuses. I'm die hard cat, have ridden them for 40yrs but i can admit they have issues. Not jim, he's starting to look like the toolkit of arctic cat.
