MSRP $93.95 The rest of the pro cross sleds from 12-24, along with the blast, touring, and norseman sleds used 1702-245 MSRP $118.95 If jimwit wants to check out his next sled AC has published the parts book for the '25 120 I wasn't trying to win anything.... It's mostly ironic that Premium was saying his was a 15 and then it turns out the 15 is the one oddball as far as components compared to all 27 years of the Procross. what are the odds?

I’ve broken exactly one chain in over 30 years of riding and it wadded itself into the bottom of the case and locked up the track. Worked like an emergency brake. Now the Polaris belt drive system… well, 🤔, let’s just say it’s a NASA quality belt made out of shit a time traveler from the future gave to Polaris. In the 2016 ACi R-XC press release : • Brake Pads friction material has changed back to T-124 for increased pad life That suggests the pads were just wearing too quickly. Like I said, the stopping power is excellent. But no noise and not much feel Edited February 16 by Premium

There was a kit you could buy through the racer's store back in the day. It was a caliper, pads, rotor, and an adapter bracket. It was not cheap. There may have been some other stuff with it, but that is the basics of what I remember it being. mnstang
I rode my Catalyst today. In less than ideal conditions, but it was still impressive. I went 108 mph with the stock belt.

If that's the case I'd imagine I'm stuck with what I got. I vaguely remember buying a different set of pads and finding they didn't fit my caliper. I'll have to dig into my spare parts. racinfarmer
Not like the Polaris though. I think the quiet down some once you start getting some heat in them too. The wavy rotors also pulse the brakes slightly too. Edited February 17 by racinfarmer

I see they use the expensive rotor as well but it's only $455 Cat marks up Wildwood parts a lot as well. As I've discussed before, Polaris now builds a better XC sled out of the crate then Cat does.
