Neon gas.   They have maybe the world's largest supply.   Big in the production of semiconductors.   Who is the largest supplier of semiconductors?   Taiwan.

Doesn't change my opinion of staying out of it but Russia and China can easily take a pretty significant hold on the world for a while by taking those 2 countries.

Pretty clear what this and covid has taught on with reliance on world markets.

I spent a few weeks there when it was still the ussr. My cuz was working at the US embassy in kiev .

Oh yeah, and don't forget the nice CHERNOBYL NUCLEAR PLANT that exploded, and probably radiation poisoned half the people in the northern hemisphere. Little kids coming down with neuro-blastoma cancers. Where the fuck does that come from!!!!!!!!!

And let's not forget they paid joe and hunter heavy and now it is time to get what they paid fir .

They orib did not even bank on a bunch of worthless boomers doing there bidding when funneling cash .

And Putin had this guy….at this point what should be done? Putin has already stated that if Russia is sanctioned economically to the point that they can’t participate in the world economy that the consequences will swift and dire and who really knows what that means? BTW what percentage of the Ukrainian  people would welcome becoming part of Russia again?
Also if this is a prolonged fight how much can the Russian economy withstand?

That's why Putin moved on other countries during the last 3 democrapic administrations.  Chechnya in 1994, Georgia in 1998, Ukraine in 2014 and 2021.

What should be done is let him have Ukraine but kick Russia out of the SWIFT banking system until they retreat out of all of Ukraine.   If the Ukrainian people want to be part of Russia let them do it internally.

Lol Cant participate in the world economy.

After he is holding the fuel Europe lives off of and owns the land to continue his pipeline I am sure they are just goning to to the Jimmy Carter thing and put on a extra sweater .

Then there is the farm land yeah no one will want any of the 30% of the world food Ukrainians currently provide .

And then there are the rare minerals needed for current manufacturing can't think if any couterys who wo t want that stuff.

The sanctions are a joke and putin laughs his ass of when watching Joe attempt to explane them .

Fuck it not our war .Russia wants its land back to do what it wants and there is not a fucking thing we can or should do about it .

But it is fun watching some rub there hands over it
