I'm surprised your hood hasn't mandated vaccine passports.  No mandatory vaccines for City of Duluth workers yet?  

Had to laugh reading some comments on the recent State Fair articles.  You have groups avoiding it for completely different reasons, on both sides of the isle.  Many feel it is too dangerous.  One side because of the gangs, rioters, and potential for gunfights on Como.  The other fears it is a super spreader event with no vaccine or masks mandates.  Vendors still looking for workers.  Be interesting to see how attendance numbers look and if we see it on the national news like Sturgis.

It’s coming.  Our twats in charge up here are trying all they can to circumvent the law and the Constitution.  It’s kinda funny to watch….and sad.  Unless they are met with strong resistance, they will roll through anything they want.

BTW, this “let me see your vax card” is not only unconstitutional but also illegal because of HIPAA Laws.  This can also be mentioned at any door requiring your private information to enter.  It also strays into discrimination laws.  We need to start getting educated and more boisterous about what is happening out here.  We don’t need to gather like petulant little retards but, we need to take it upon ourselves to handle our individual situations daily.

You can not be forced to show your medical  records including all private information  as deemed private by the individual.  Any denial of service or access falls under anti-discrimination laws.

You are correct, you can't be forced but that will fall under Civil rights and be enforce by HHS.

It's going to be interesting how this all shakes out.

HIPAA only stops your info from being shared by organizations like health care, hospitals, insurance etc with out your permission.

Before you write that I've violated someone's rights, realize that all of the above is voluntary.  If you want our money, accept our rules.  Before you say that this would be "demeaning" and ruin your "self-esteem," consider that it wasn't that long ago that taking someone else's money for doing absolutely nothing was demeaning and lowered self-esteem.

 

If we are expected to pay for other people's mistakes we should at least attempt to make them learn from their bad choices.  The current system rewards them for continuing to make bad choices.

 

 

AND while you are on Gov't subsistence, you no longer can VOTE!  Yes, that is correct.  For you to vote would be a conflict of interest.  You will voluntarily remove yourself from voting while you are receiving a government welfare check.  If you want to vote, then get a job.

 

 

Isn't it weird that in AMERICA our flag and our culture offend so many people..but our benefits don't?  They're "expected" because this is AMERICA, RIGHT?
