The core issues that Trump ran on were already in place before he announced his run....mfg jobs, border security, healthcare, Washington corruption, etc,etc. Unlike Obama and many other politicians in Washington Trump is not tone deaf. The media also has a similar problem in that they feel if they kill Trump they kill the message and I think that is a miscalculation for them. Which brings us to Desantis, he is well spoken, well read, thoughtful and open about the decisions he has made.
