It’s how I look at many things after the past 4 years of my health (just came back from NY after another surgery). Get out and enjoy life, nothing is guaranteed! Damn...more head/neck surgery? Pressing on cranial nerves and jugular vein/carotid artery. Had my 3rd ICP (intracranial pressure) bolt to monitor the pressure in my skull. In March or early summer I will go back to NY and have my left side done and another bolt to continue to monitor my pressure.

New sled, new gear, worried about their carbides and shocks all so they can hope there is 7-14 days of riding over potato fields, icy corners, and stop signs every 1/4 mile. Gonna ride - do it right and go where there’s real riding. You gotta group you go west with?

Wow...You may have said in the past and if I missed it I apologize or maybe you would rather not say but is this all due to a hereditary/congenital condition or did you suffer an injury of some sort? Either way I hope these surgeries give you relief and that the next one is the last one you’ll need.👍🏼✌🏼

I have always been irked by that mindset, imagine if something really bad happened. OMG, it's not snowing!!! 1

Right on. have 3 trips planned this winter. Orlando, Fort Myers, Panama city. Had a great group of guys that i used to ride with, all have left the sport for various reasons. we always had a good time where ever we road. Probably had a better time than most whiners prepping the sleds, hanging in the garage , than most who always seem to find something to complain about. Zambroski
I always said if I couldn't ride from my garage, I would be in the sport Well, we're gonna see. Wife wants a bit milder winters so, that means I'm gonna need to trailer. One thing good about where I decided to move (Duluth, MN) is that sooner or later, rideabale snow is coming, every season. It was always just a matter of how long the season would last but, almost always had a ride in by Christmas and was almost always riding through the end of March even in bad years. One of the things I loved was being able to ride 3/4 times a week. Just go start it up and fly. Sometimes a 10 mile powerline rip...sometimes a 60 mile jaunt. No hassles with loading and trailering. Hell, most times I wasn't even dressed properly. It was just easy and fun.
