50+ miles of this before we saw another sled this morning

I don’t know how we keep finding fresh groomed trails, but we are!

Been able to get around a thousand miles so far this season. Wife has put about 700 on the new Doo doo. We had a 200 mile day from Indian Lake to Tug Hill and back on her second trip out. So I assume it goes pretty good and also the fact that she won’t let me ride it!

The ‘22 XCR 650 is running strong after a new crank and top end last season . Locked up at only 1750 miles, it’s been perfect for almost 700 now.

One of the kids has even been out with me. I think it is the earliest I’ve ever been out, December 14th

yeah we are leaving an hour later , but parking 45 minutes closer. trying not to ride in -20 or lower. looks like it will be -11 or so when we hit snow. once i'm dressed i'm good. gonna be a sunny day , haven't had one of those yet. i'll try for some pics. gopro does not like subzero , but i'll keep the batteries close to my body. maybe get a bit of video.

that blue/titanium (?) looks really good on the snow...

we made our trip to kasoag, 155 miles. threw in a loop of onieda lake. thin down there but beautiful scenery .turn the video quality up to 1440 !

Sooooo much snow!!

Quick afternoon rip today…

ny state will now be completely open. we are snowed in right now. not 20 inches like was predicted. maybe a foot. i kept up with it , i have a few inches now to get rid of. my boss struggled yesterday and gave up , so he closed. my dr appointment for 8 oclock cancelled of course. so i'll drink some coffee , watch the birds and wander out later. l thawed the sled yesterday , looked it over , cleaned and covered up for the next journey. almost 1000 miles so far , still january. new sled not new no mo

201 - some good work going into these trails

Not really rideable in western twin cities area, but was up in cable WI about a week ago.

It’s a snow globe kind of day!

Helped this poor guy, missed the turn riding sweep in the snow dust… his guys came back about a half hour after I stopped to help dig. He was in there good!

we're hitting the hill tomorrow. sun in the am so i should get some good video , and awesome pics of the deep snow.

i think the white of the snow messes with the camera, like it has nothing to focus on. or maybe -10f was playing with it

temps above 10 so did a quick ride and getting into the 20's over the next week... local clubs have done a great job working with what we have. I'll take it.
