A somewhat tough at times 192 in Central Sconnie today… “Broke trail” 50ish of that early this morning. A good 4-5” of fresh over night!

I understand not stopping at every branch or stick on the trail but a couple a day by each rider goes a long way…

That could have took the windshield out and the snowmobile tracks had to go around it. Took me longer to get in and out of the groomer than it did to pull down.

In a no win situation right now. People complaining because the trail is not groomed. People complaining because where we groomed it''s down to dirt. The snow is so light without any moisture it's not packing to build a base and we can't get enough snow dragged in the fill ditches.

I've been enjoying the Cheetah, Lynx, and Enticer more this year then newer sleds.

Probably going to groom tomorrow and do some training with some new guys Wednesday. Ride Thursday and Friday. Temps in the 30's next week.

I hope people are out there taking advantage of it ... a week from now I bet that's all brown and basically starting over (and the county will have closed up again).
