Took a ride up Nth East of Eagle River Wis and maybe 2-3 inches of snow.

Last couple years and some early snow causes trouble with swamps freezing up.  Hopefully temps stay low to freeze these up.

@Jimmy Snacksthis is to good to waste in the CE so I copied  here.

This photo is so great! On the far right is Wes Pesek, the guy Dorothy was racing with on all the cross-country races, and one of the best cross-country races that ever sat on a sled. Dorothy is walking towards the camera in her full race gear, ready to hit the track. Don Omdahl is walking towards her. You can see Stan Hayes’ head behind Don, working on his mighty 650cc 1973 Polaris Starfire.

Dorothy Mercer was so far ahead of her time… she wouldn’t settle for being told she could only race the women’s “Powder Puff” classes.. she wanted to race with the boys! While many sanctioning associations would not allow her to race the boys on the oval, the cross-country groups welcomed her with open arms. And she thrived in cross-county races, in particular the famed Winnipeg to St. Paul race.

We believe this photo was taken in Little Falls, Minnesota in the winter of 1973 - 50 years ago!

Got some seat time in our clubs new to us quadtrac.  It will be nice grooming with this thing.

Tiling a field that they had to go rather deep and needed a little help with the tire tractor losing traction.  First vid actually broke the tow strap.

Before that strap breaks the rear tires wrinkle like an NHRA Top Fuelie.

Neighboring club asked if we could try leveling out there trail.  Did what we could wish they would have asked earlier for better results.

Seen an Eagle in a tree.  And one of their landowners was having shit put on their field with a stuck truck.  Quadtrac to the rescue.  Driver had to lay in shit to hook up to the tractor. 💩

This is a club on our way to our cabin and we ride in there area so don't know much about it.  Their trails are primarily through woods and they have used a tractor with chains for years and do a good job.  Other clubs in the area use Tuckers.

This is a setup a neighboring club around home uses.  This is more in agricultural area and open fields.
