I think every American is done spending over their budget for a while.

Hey come on down and buy that brand new shack for 500k. We can offer you a a 400k, .5% fixed mortgage for 30 years! 

No worries we will be back in a year to auction it when it’s worth 250k...........

Where have I seen this before? The 80’s?, The 90’s?, the 2000nds?....OH WAIT IT WAS ALL OF THEM!

Sure it dropped the payment, but it just extended your mortgage by how many years?

We refi'd when 15 years was at 2.75%.  Be interesting to see how low they go now.  The gap between the 15 and 30 year loans are getting close.

I re-financed 9 years ago to a 15 yr. fixed at 3.3%
