That’s what it appears. I don’t mind that so much as most of these sleds are just BNG’s plus some updates. But what I am concerned with is their thin budget and the amount of racers heading out the door. It’s all supposed to be part of a “year of thinning” before Textron kicks it up again but......while I’m hopeful, I’m somewhat perplexed about Textron’s lack of communication and ability to squelch rumors. Is it because there is some truth in them or, they just don’t care? For a company to come in and talk about how much cash they were going to dump into the snow side then, POOF! “We’re now going to take a year and get lean” well, I’ve been hearing that for about as long as the rumors of Cat going out of business. Numbers show growth and the kick off here in Duluth is always a record attendance. The racing is better than ever. I don’t know what revenues are though. I’m hearing a WHOLE LOT of great stuff I can’t quite confirm. I hope half of it is true. Not just for Cat but the industry.

Ours went pretty smoothly as we all get along. My sis was living with dad because she was recently divorced and was helping him out. She took over the house and got a loan and paid us all off. She couldn’t afford the full value of the house so we gave it to her a bit cheaper just to help her out.

Yea it was quite frustrating but I kinda expected it. It bothered me the first month or so but having my BIL Gavin there to help definitely made it easier. Once we sorted through all the valuables and had an estate sale (glorified garage sale of garbage) it was just a matter of cleaning and throwing stuff away. On about June 1 told everyone they had about 2 weeks to come over and get what they wanted because if it was there on June 14 it was going to the dump. My sisters pitched a fit accusing me of wanting to throw away all moms treasures. No one showed up to claim anything. On June 14, I had a 30 yd dumpster delivered and hired 3 high school kids to help me fill it up. We filled 4 dumpsters in 4 days and the place was completely empty and ready to clean. Gavin and I cleaned and painted for the next 2 weeks and the place was ready for an appraisal. The place will go to a good family and that was all I was ever hoping for.
