Did up some scrap pork butt trimmings, country rib style. Base layer of honey for the binder. Chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and brown sugar for seasonings. 250 in the Camp Chef with mixed blend pellets. Seasoned and laid out on the grill mat: Finished up and a few nibbled on.... Nice jerkyed bark, sweet with some heat and smokey. Neal

This is my first ever new sled to me, I just ordered the SRX today.

I make that for the wife whenever I have buffalo wings. Well I cook the chicken , she makes the salad. I enjoy cooking , just not salads.

Guess so . I took em out for last night but after spending 15 hrs in a plow truck I went with bacon and panty cakes last night and saved the ribs for tonight.

If I don't have the boy with me then I'm up for that. I would if it was available. Nah it's pretty well a go. I already have quotes less then what my so called loyal dealership is giving me on a fucking cat in a 7 year old chassis. I've had good luck with my 800 but its worth fuck all after warranty so I'll trade in now well I can get out. Less then impressed with the new 800 and issues it's having. It's time for a change. I'll play guinea pig and pry for the best.

I have a few welder buddies who are infinitely better than me, not to mention have the right equipment. One came over the other night and we patched up my busted bumper. He has a sweet little ESAB Mig he brought over.

Anyone else ready for salad season? We eat garden salads year round but don't have potato or macaroni salads very often, if at all, during the winter. Same goes for the cottage cheese we are having with dinner tonight. I'm looking forward to summer meals
