During the cooler months I pretty much have one every day. During the summer I can go for a week at a time without having a cup. Easy for me though, I have one 8oz Kuereg cup in the morning, every morning in the summer. Sometimes I'll do two in the winter or fall. Occasionally I'll brew up an ice coffee. Usually, any more caffeine than just the one and I'm ready to take flight! I get all shaky and irritable. He said that he had one cup of coffee (when he was in the service), one woman ( his wife), and one beer (got tricked) in his life.
