The family was here last weekend. Bookend grandsons are an awesome sight. Love em a lot. So much joy having grandkids. You can’t imagine until it happens. Cried my eyes out after they left.

I’m cooked from the medical coding job. I’ve had some 14 hour days during the last 5 weeks. Way more than what the agreement was. So I’m heading for an old friend’s house in Washington state. Then work my way down the coast to Joshua Tree. After that I’m not sure. I’m done with work though.

Excellent man!! Enjoy and be safe!! Post some pics too, I want to see the new whip!

LMK if/when you swing through this area!  Miss hanging with you man!

For sure. I’ve got an old friend that lives in the border town of Douglas AZ. I’ve got some land co-owned with him outside of Douglas that I’m thinking about making a winter perch. I’ll let you know how things work out.

Hey good news your fourth booster just came up for renewal.

The CDC is now signaling that some people may need a fourth vaccine shot.

According to the CDC's website, people whose immune system is compromised and have already gotten a booster shot may need a fourth dose six months later.

*Little known trivia to some that you 2 were the OG upper midwest hardcore sledders back in the day....circa early 2000s  :bc:   Now you're both living solitary non binary non snowmobiling life styles.  Shame on you both!

I heard. The rig has some aux external tanks. I’ll keep those in reserve.

What type of Rig, I've never seen external aux tanks. I spend 3-6 months a year in mine for work, and have a 150 gallon tank so I have great range.

Given the price of homes and how close many people come in cutting a house payment into their budget, it matters a lot.

If less than a 1/4% is going to make or break a home buy . The lender should never give the loan in the first place . That is beind irresponsible

Hey! I'm not solitary and I'm very much binary! Lol

However if I do ever find myself solitary, you can damn well bet I'll be back in the snowbelt and sledding again. Still have all my gear and specialty tools.

That was the Obama days of Banks giving out loans that people could not afford.

Those days are over , lenders are a lot stricter nowadays. They wont allow cutting it close anymore.

God ur out of touch.

Do you even realize the difference in monthly payment when you're talking that small of a change (3.23 to 3.30)?  I'm not going to do it for you .... go plug the numbers into a mortgage calculator and tell us all how drastic the mortgage changes when using 350K as the amount over 30 years.

MB sprinter 4x4 on the 144” platform. The rack I’ll be using can carry four, 5gal Rotopax tanks. This is the rig.

I've been seeing more of those around and a few Forest Service friends have done their own conversions.
