TX/OK is energy and farming hub. FL is tourism hub. Atlanta is business hub. And with Nashville and Austin, they've got the best music entertainment too. The industrial military complex would crumble and the excess cost of the VA and arms mfg would end. The rest of the world would relax and China could spread out and take what was America’s role. Each new section would begin to make their particular alliances with various countries around the world. That could be pretty exciting.
