Well, I got my first ride in!!

I put on a few miles going through the fields and ditches close to home.

My suspension is fantastic, thank you very much @AKIQPilot!!!!!!

Sled is handling sharp.

But I am still limited to 67mph (verified by my phone's GPS). It is tearing me up. I don't know what else to do with it. It fucking sucks. If I didn't like the sled as a whole so much I would let my other half ride it and I would take her crossfire 600. It at least does 90mph. I am fucking choked.

Been waiting 6 years for this track to open for bike practice. Awesome hardwoods for an added bonus. Amazing day.

Sent the ZL down the road today, looking for something more up to date for my son..Has been a good sled hated seeing it go

IMG_20210221_131515381.jpg

Rode about 90 miles yesterday, some with 75% of the fam.  Took the boy on his first trail ride on his 120, 22ish miles round trip.

Ripped around the lake being a complete degenerate for a while after that.

Played the google lens color game and lost once the clouds rolled in.  Flat as a piece of printer paper.

Sno Pro 500.  Make sure it has a medium or tall windscreen on it and not the useless short one.

2013-14 had a taller lug tracks too.

They are all good, but 10-12 had 1", 1.25" on the 13-14.

If you get super cereal about looking at one, check to see if the frame is bent or tweaked.

Guys that knew how to tune those were getting pretty impressive horse power out of those.

I don't know if they were getting 128 mph out of them but.....

@f7ben knows a lot about them

I wouldn’t say a lot about them...that little Weber 750 is a stout little motor though....it can handle as much power as the poo 900

180 miles today...beautiful warm day. :)

Not me.  :(

That and “what’s the best/loudest can?” are two that roll my eyes the most.  Third is the famous “best oil?” threads.

Lol I effectively  dont even have a limiter strap on my summit .

just got in from a 65 mile night ride.  The sunny 38 degree day really did a number on the trails, same forcast for tomorrow.

Just got my insurance bill for my sled-  $35 to insure full coverage $250 deductible.  $17 for liability, 18 for uninsured motorist and collision.   I can see why MN riders don't bother to insure :news:

got about 1100 miles on the season so far.  headed to Ft Kent for 4 days of riding in mid march which will be the end of the season for me but prob will end i close to 2k,  not  bad for not being back in till Jan 30th.  Buddies wife just rented herself a 900T renegade for that trip since her husband won't fix up her 99 XCR800 anymore.  i'd like to rip that a bit while i am up there as well. then i'll make a final buying decision or next year.  waiting for a quote on a Lynx Rave
