It was a pretty good trailer, pulled easy and no issues. When you look at any sled trailer, be ready to get dirty crawling under if. If the floor stringers are spaced at 24", walk away. Your floors will get soft before you know it, if they aren't already. 18" spacing or less. Look at the quality of the welds and the wiring under and in the trailer. If they half-assed it under the trailer, they half-assed it everywhere. If it has interior paneling, look to see how many fasteners are loose and/or replaced. I've had a Legend 7x23 for over 10 years now. There have been a few small let downs on the quality but no big issues with the structure. Both the man door and fuel door have rotted through, the screws they said were stainless turned out to be galvanized, the tail lights have several LED's out and I can't source replacements.
