favoritos
Mckesson and Schwab both left the southern utopia last year. Mckesson because it was too expensive to justify the location. It was also hard to attract talent to live in Utopia. Executives that couldn't justify buying a home? Schwab for similar reasons and a new partnership agreement with a Texas based company. Those are just a couple already gone. That is a big deal since they already moved before the "new normal." Businesses move all the time. That isn't normally news. It will become a much bigger deal in the near future with such a huge outflow. Work place environments have changed dramatically with the stuff happening. Those expensive offices are not a big selling point like old times. Makes sense to move and change the tax structure. This stuff is just barely the beginning.

Companies move to places that give them zero taxes or a huge reduction on their utilities. This on the backs of taxpayers. When it ends and the town stops they leave. Wake the fuck up.
