Fact is rather before or after gender reassignment surgery the rate is exponentially higher than average. Lets keep in mind of all the other "genders" now being claimed that don't involve surgery. The first trans was a middle aged factory worker, the second was 31 year old millwright with a pick up truck, welded checkerboard bumper and winch. To my knowledge she has not switched to a Prius.
