Gore took the most extreme example of a scientist saying the is could be gone in the summer and cherry picked the results. I know it’s inconvenient for people but many predictions were based on the direction we were heading. Many businesses and countries reduced their emissions. We also had a global recessions that slowed warming. Just because it didn’t happen as quickly as they said, doesn’t mean it isn’t happening.
