Was it just a off year? Snow amounts are down from even 10 years ago. Average temps across the world are up. There are many articles written about it, both denying and accepting it. The problem I have is MMGW (man made global warming) and how we are solely at fault. The truth of the matter is, the earth is constantly under change and has been doing so for millions of years. Some deserts throughout the world were once rainforests and some rainforests are now deserts. Earthquakes, volcanos, etc, etc, etc, happen all the time. Hawaii moves 4 inches a year on a tectonic plate with one end sinking every year and the other end growing/ being made. The amount of CO2 emitted by these volcanoes is astronomical but what we are doing is damaging the environment? I don't think we are helping and we can likely do a better job with pollution, but in the big scheme of things, we are very small compared to the size of the earth. Also, as has been noted, the earth shifts on its axis occasionally and the sun acts up as well. Both play a huge role in our weather and that is why things change. Comparing a few years of weather /patterns/differentials is like comparing a few minutes considering the earth has been around for millions of years. Imo, we are just in another cycle, another pattern that again one day will change. In 10 yrs the talk will be we are freezing and that we have to produce more C02.
