Poor MC. Although, I must say, I do enjoy him getting in the game a bit more as of late.  He’s shown to be at least smart enough to get out of the thread when the beatings start to get severe.  Others seem to struggle with that.   :lmao:

Slingers quadrupling down over this last week has me literally sitting in astonishment.  I’ve never seen anything like it.

Slinger's been that way for years, he's as hard headed as they come. He's all about team blue.

I like when he said he was going to stop being nice and then ended up being exactly the same. Posting in his same dementia patient style and all

I thought him striking out in anger was just adorable!  It was like when a kitten attacks a string ball.....then gets rolled anyway.

I still admire his style and ability to debate his points.  Even if I find his argument absurd as hell, I can respect how he lays it out.  Tooly is the other side of it.  Ignorant, repugnant and no ability to debate at all intellectually so he resorts to name calling and memes. He’s a CNN sitter.  That’s it.

It’s not a sport to him. It’s a religion

so let me get this straight, Pubs keeping a seat representing an area that was a solid trump win in 2016 and a seat held by pubs for 35 years is some great republican win and shows how well trumps and the pubs are doing .  SMH  winning by single digits is an embarrassment. Come 2020 the dems only need to flip a couple hundred thousand voters in a handful of states.  I've yet to meet anyone who didn't vote for him who wishes they had and plenty who question their choice.

No, it’s another Dem loss that they worked feverishly to win.

As of right now GOP will lose the house but gain a 1-3 seats in the Senate.  There could be some stuff brewing yet that could change that prediction.

I’m not so sure they’ll take the house anymore.  It depends on what pops up in the next couple of months.  But even if they do, it could be great for Trump and the R’a in 2020.  Nancy Pelosi leading a bunch of of unhinged, disconnected lunatics?  What could go wrong?

Lots of variables that don't show up in the polls but the history on midterms is pretty strong for the opposition party.  Like I said there is a lot that can happen in the next few months and with as crazy as politics have been who know's what will happen but right now I'll stick with my current prediction.    It will all come down to turnout.

That’s why maybe I think they won’t.....I wouldn’t be shocked.  Yes, mids consistently favor the opposition party, but these are new  rules.  We’ll see.  Like I said, probably food for the R’s If they take it and let the house start their idiocy to be delivered to Americans.

You guys both missed the point. For the Dems to take the House it isn’t about the R’s winning seats or how much Trump won it by. It’s about them not losing too many. This is damage control. They ran a moderate dem like in PA against the R. Trump isn’t on the ticket, but even with all the Dem blue wave hoopla, they couldn’t pull it out. That is what’s telling. Are the Dems going to pick up a bunch of seats? Yep, but the way this looks, they aren’t going to take them all. Especially running the far left candidates.

It’s one thing if Trump can pull big numbers. He has a way, but now the R’s are still winning without him on a ticket. That should terrify them. I think the R’s will lose a couple seats in the house, but they retain it. They pick up 3 in the senate. The MSM will lose it.

I think the one in the senate that is going to sting badily is Tester out of Montana...  that with a few other loses the Dems will have in the senate will not sit well...

the house the majority will stay republican for sure.
