Gravity fed smoker. I mix hickory and cherry chunks in with the charcoal. Didn't make burnt ends but the point was really good.

Threw a 3 lbs ham on the smoker today.

250 degrees for 3 hours.

Turned out great.

1 hour in and I definitely have a heat distribution problem. Right side is getting hotter than the left. I just cleaned it after the last use because I thought it was uneven from the heat door having a gap.

I switched the ribs side to side before the pic.
