Kerry: ISIS 'is on the run' despite recent terror attacks

Recommended Posts

How can he say this shit while keeping a straight face?

(CNN)Secretary of State John Kerry insisted Sunday that a recent spate of terrorist attacks reflects that ISIS is "on the run" in Iraq and Syria.

Kerry downplayed attacks like the shooting at an Orlando nightclub, a driver's rampage through a crowd in Nice and the Istanbul airport attack, saying they don't reflect the strength of the group in its home bases.

Those attacks "the desperate actions of an enemy that sees the noose closing around them," he told CNN's Jake Tapper on "State of the Union."

Tapper pressed Kerry about the assertion that ISIS "is on the run" given the recent string of attacks reportedly inspired by them.

"If people are inspired, they are inspired," Kerry said. "But ISIL, which is based in Iraq and Syria, is under huge pressure, and that's a fact."

Everything  is about how it looks and sounds,...... really nothing about reality.

How can we sell this to the American people.

They are more interested in twisting perception than dealing with the issues.

Give the useful idiots something to parrot and they will do the rest.

Kerry is a first rate joke around the world.  So much so, even our biased media flashes his name as rarely as they can.  Is there anybody in this administration who isn't thought of as a complete joke around the world?  Well, other than here in the U.S. of course...where they are though of as "heros" and "rock stars".

Beats me, I guess after his questionable medals, he chose to be a former of the latter in the former sense, laterally.  :lmao:.  Who knows what is running through these shit-heads brains when they speak.  The guy is a real and true specialty tool.  One of many in that great big Obama tool bag.  HILARIOUS SHIT!

I would have thought he would have a Dr give him a pass because of bone spurs that miraculously disappear after the war like some other guy of that time.
