Polaris needs to take a good look at its quality control department!! engineers also need some help!! rubbing wires and fuel lines were an issue back in 08 on my sportsman and they still have that issue!! see how this new xp sportsman I picked up last fall goes! They find the lowest bidder then worry about quality. That's why they have a dozen recalls every year....
