Any of you guys use the Click-N-Go plow system?

Opinions?

I looked at them when I was putting a plow on my Ranger, thought they looked a little weak and went with a Denalli plow, pretty happy with my choice

I looked at them but for an ATV they are nothing special. Completely different from the SxS plow.

Great weekend of riding with @X2700  Not as much fun as on sleds but it's close with these new machines.  It sure is nice to stop without freezing!

Anyways, last Tuesday, I took my father out.

He has a 2004 Rincon.

He hasn't been out all year. He's 75.

Everything was great, I was doing 20kmh, he was behind me. Twenty seconds later he wasn't.

Waited a minute then went back to see.

Atv was on its side, he was on the ground. He was basically ok but complaining about his left arm.

I had a look at it, it was bad. Got him calmed down and made sure that's all was wrong.

Got bike upright and it started instantly. He was able to drive it the 2km to the highway where I had a bud come get him.

Broke his arm in 6 places. Three in the wrist area and 3 in the elbow area.

My father is a big man. 6' 275-300. It took almost everything I had to get him up as he had no legs and were pretty wobbly.

He's in good spirits and can't wait to go again.

Yep. I have it. Works great.

Ever take any hard hits to the plow? any bending on the mount where the push tubes click in?

No, none. But I only use it for small storms, 4" or so, and I don't abuse it.

Otherwise I use my tractor with blower.

Glad to hear he is doing well.  Broken bones will heal up and they are really good these days at putting things back together with plates and screws.

Arm and hand strength can be an issue as you get older.  Might want to look for something like a Sportsman 570 trail that has power steering.  We find EPS is the best feature on an ATV for trail riding long distances.  Obstacles like rocks and ruts can send you in a different direction in a hurry!

Power steering would be nice, I have it, but there will never be any Polaris in our stable.

It won't be long until this trail is buried in snow.

What's he riding in/on?

Then there is only 1 atv out there worth buying.  101 HP with Fox shocks and power steering.
