Trump was within his rights to sue over the unprecedented shenanigans that went on in several states around mail-in ballots and strange data inconsistencies. If you actually step back and look at what Trump actually said on J6, he wasn't inciting an insurrection. That's a fabrication. Look at the words, not the media interpretation. Was it careless? Yes. But was it anything close to what the left and media claim, not a chance. Other interesting thought... The Dems still REALLY want to face Trump because MAGA is so easily beaten with our current system. Maybe they're actually hoping he gets the primary boost he needs to wipe out DeSantis and others who have a better shot of beating the perverted Grandpa. I'm not even referring to J6. I think that the Georgia phone call was his biggest mistake. He was trying to coerce them to find the votes. At least that's what I got out of it after listening to the entire conversation. Agreed on having Trump as the nominee will almost guarantee a Dem win next November.

If he isn't guilty of these crimes the court can't just make it so....Secondly, the text of the 14th ammendment was written because the generals of the South raised an army to openly and actively fight the federal government. These two things aren't remotely related.
ArcticCrusher
This is what an insurrection looks like. Biden should be removed from the ballot.

If Biden were smart, he would denounce this decision.

Like I said earlier, if he is on the ticket we will see another record turnout to vote against him. There are way more Dems and moderates than Trump supporters IMO. 2

You are willing to overlook his faults just like the D's will overlook Biden s faults. At some point Americans need to set the politics aside and say enough is enough from both parties. Unfortunately that will probably never happen and the division will worsen. Well, Biden has been a corrupt, lying POS politician for 35+ years. Trump was a politician for 4 years. The choice is clear. The Democrat Party of the last 20 years and especially these last 3 years are far greater pieces of shit than the Republicans are and this is no admission that Reps. are our savior. The Democrat filth has to go. 27 minutes ago, ckf said: LOL, I guess you haven't been paying attention if you don't consider that the guy is an egomaniac. Doug
So in Colorado you have one that is legally not able to serve as president and one that is mentally/physically unable to serve as president.

I can't say as though I have heard of anyone that didn't support him change their minds. Time will tell, but I do believe that the abortion issue will come up again like it did in the midterms. Time will tell which of us is right. Either way, we will both carry on and live our lives

Definitely a specious argument...there is no due process in your example. If Trump had been convicted of an insurrection the court then could rule on it. It's laughable that you think this is the correct course of action.
