I'm not even referring to J6. I think that the Georgia phone call was his biggest mistake. He was trying to coerce them to find the votes. At least that's what I got out of it after listening to the entire conversation.

Agreed on having Trump as the nominee will almost guarantee a Dem win next November.

Plus it doesn't give the states the authority to decide who is on the federal ballot.  This is an easy scotus decision.

I think the more likely scenario will be that record numbers will turn out to support him.  Even bad toupee Frank Luntz realizes that all the lawfare is accomplishing is raising his poll numbers.

Well, Biden has been a corrupt, lying POS politician for 35+ years. Trump was a politician for 4 years. The choice is clear. The Democrat Party of the last 20 years and especially these last 3 years are far greater pieces of shit than the Republicans are and this is no admission that Reps. are our savior. You don’t have to be charged with anything for the courts to make a ruling, just like you don’t have to be ‘charged’ with an abortion for SCOTUS to make a ruling on Roe v Wade.

All that I can say is that I personally know many people that supported him in the past but refuse to support him again. I can't say as though I have heard of anyone that didn't support him change their minds. Time will tell, but I do believe that the abortion issue will come up again like it did in the midterms.

Time will tell which of us is right. Either way, we will both carry on and live our lives

Definitely a specious argument...there is no due process in your example.  If Trump had been convicted of an insurrection the court then could rule on it. It's laughable that you think this is the correct course of action.
