The taxpayer is going to take the high hard one again, to bail out people with more than $250,000 in savings in the bank. Some poor schlub in the rust belt who lost his oil pipeline job, thanks to government policies, is now going to fork out money so somebody with more in the bank than he makes in 5 years gets "made whole".
