Better than handing out 650's to noobies

If a grown ass adult can’t handle 600 class power they have no business operating anything with a motor from weed wackers to blenders and everything in between.

Thats the issue.  If you've never ridden a snowmobile in your life, and then hop on a modern day snowmobile, its pretty easy to crash and get fucked up, even with 90 horsepower.

For sure if you have zero experience. But I let my kid drive around my cfr1k by herself when she was 9 years old and she didn’t crash or kill anyone. The sleds all make the same hp when you let go of the flipper and a 650 Polaris is pretty fucking slow so not sure it matters what the rental fleet is

Why are most accidents rental drivers? 135hp sled is no joke if you have never ridden one.

Yah and a 90hp sled is no joke if you haven’t ridden one. And they’d crash a 65hp fanner going 70mph too. It’s not the acceleration ....it’s the lack of any understanding concerning speed and corners and common sense.

And, the lack of experience.

Some of us arrived at that experience by sheer luck, others by training, and others by the University of Hard Knocks.

Before I become a pilot, I figured I could learn how to fly using any airplane I could afford.  Bad assumption, and I'm alive today because I didn't do that.

I think I could fly anything....it’s the taking off and landing stuff I haven’t learned yet!!! My company will pay the instructor fees for a ppl. I’ve been thinking about going back at it before my logbook expires.

Go for it!

Btw - I flew with Stallion51 a couple of years ago, and the one thing I learned about that is...  I have to go back!  Imo, it's not a bucket list item that ever gets checked off.
