She should have put a fucking slug in his head for attempting to run over her partner
racinfarmer
In Minnesota, the prosecutor is allowed "Spark of Life" witnesses during the trial. The defense often not get that luxury. It makes getting a fair trial, in the minds of many, very challenging. https://www.findlaw.com/legalblogs/courtside/understanding-the-spark-of-life-doctrine-in-chauvin-trial/
Guest
In both cases, weakling fuck cops, could not control the subjects. This is why all cops should be strong motherfukkers. Chauvin was a douche, and this broad was a disgrace to policing.

The guy tried to run them down and had a history or resisting arrest.

Either way, she shouldn’t be in LE anymore or, be allowed to handle any fire arm ever again. She probably never should have.

Platinum Contributing Member Highmark Posted December 28, 2021 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted December 28, 2021 (edited) Here is reality. Cops shoot people all the time when they are fleeing with an officer hanging out of the car. I can't think of another time one was charged and found guilty. If you are under arrest and attempt to flee with your vehicle while an officer is trying to detain you it is putting the life of the officer in or around the vehicle in danger. Its questionable if she would have been charged had she simply known she pulled her firearm, never yelled taser and just shot to stop him. Huh........ To the OP yes she got made an example of. Worried about riots and shit. Getting a fair trial as a cop is pretty tough these days....

In the trial the use of force specialists testified that she would have been cleared if she simply shot the guy...her mistake was going for the taser...that mistake was shouldn't have cost her her freedom. Tough situation for sure.
Mag6240
Unfortunately she ended up making the ultimate sacrifice of her current life and future by taking out a BAD person who would have eventually done the same to some innocent bystander or family member. I feel bad for her as she didn’t put herself in this position, but will pay for it.

It's no wonder LEO's (unfortunately, the good ones) are resigning ... they're guilty just for wearing the uniform at this point.
teamgreen02
She was convicted based on a negligence standard that the judge should have never allowed in. It was a political trial, plain and simple. The liberal defund the police crowd wanted nothing more than to lock up a cop. Her best chance of getting out is for Walz to lose and be pardoned by a Republican governor. Time to leave the State of Minnesota.

And seeing as the Jury had to walk out of the court room every day to a hall full of people then walk past a bunch of angery protesters on there way to the parking garage every day they all had to stop and ponder there own fate.
