To bad the only people that will really suffer from this are the minority workers that work for the hotels, restaurants, etc. This would have been a nice payday for them.

Moving the game will let others reap the rewards of serving drunk, pants pissing retards for low part time, no benifit jobs.

Been to many MLB games across the country and I have never seen a charity booth. I have at college and high school levels.

Now just fuck off.

The Masters is next.

oh so the Masters is going to boycott Georgia too? That will be kinda hard to do considering where Augusta National who owns the Masters is located.

You're such a fucking idiot.

They'll just roll it up and move it!  Azaleas don't transplant well though so, maybe use wax plants?  Why not take the Masters on he road?  Why can't they have it in the inner cities a few times a decade?  A year?  A monthly Masters?  Rain?  No...stick it under a tent!

Nothing is absurd...when you are a fucking moron.

I did as a kid, but find it very boring as an adult.

I used to suck up just about any category of sports as a kid...especially championships.  Back then, much of it was actually about the sport and athletes playing   It's been eaten up by too much commercialism, pageantry and now, add in politics and it's just too unbearable to sit through it.  They are all getting bad.  It's just sad as hell to me.

X2. I got into it big time coaching my son for years but now I couldn’t care less. I just wish folks would read this legislation instead of just taking the biased media’s word on it. Requiring an ID is not racist, the whole thing is ridiculous IMO.

Same here.  It wasn't the kids that were tough to coach.  It was their parents.  Eewww...I was out.

Agreed on the whole "ridiculous" thing.  Just DAF pandering to those that want it.

Where you been lately?  I notice you don't post much here anymore.

My favorite game was in 5th grade when one of the parents brought a giant cooler with some rum punch in it. They were all shitfaced by the forth inning. It was reported to the league offices and I had to have a “talk” with the offenders!!!!1

Probably post more on butt plug. I can only take so much idiocy.

The NHL/Sports Net did a segment last night about gays in the NHL. Said it won't be accepted for some time yet even though there are gays currently playing that haven't come out of the closet.

Personally, I could care less one way or another but I wonder how many men would be comfortable showering, walking around naked with a known gay man/men in the locker room?

Would this not be the same as a heterosexual male walking around/showering in an all female locker room? Wonder how that would be accepted?

There was a openly gay guy at work years ago who would work in the men's changeroom as part of his routine (he was assigned that routine, because, you know..)  and would purposely be in there at the start of the shift, during lunch hour and of course quitting time. It wasn't until a majority of men spoke up about it and actually said something to him and his manager, that things changed, but he did threaten to sue the company he worked for, because, after all, he had rights too.

Remember a time where one's own sexual orientation was private and everyone just went about their business without needing recognition for being so "brave" and "heroic"?  It seems so long ago.

Problem that has been created with the left's "identity politics" is it's really set all these groups back because nobody really wants to take a PR risk with these groups now.  Example:  When Avery firsts "came out", it wasn't a problem for most on his team (who already knew) or most in the league.  But slowly, the media turned him into a victim and took anything he said to the limit....which is ultimately what ran him out of the league.
