Local news says gas prices should get to 3 bucks a gallon shortly.  Not a peep about biden and their policies that are causing it. Thanks dems.

You know why there isn’t a peep...think hard...because Biden isn’t the reason  no matter how many times you say it.

Cancel Keystone XL

Join back with the paris accord

More middle east wars

All BIDEN and DEMS, all raise the price of fuel.  Good Job convincing you that biden and dems aren't causing it.

The fucking pedophilic shit for brains is absolutely targeting the oil and gas industry with some of the dozens of Executive Orders he previously stated "only a dictator would use."   The price you pay at the pump in the coming months is in direct relationship to oil futures, which are going up, not down.

Exactly, but it is just so funny how the media is trying to run cover and convince people that biden and dems are not causing high gas prices.   And some of those people actually believe it.

The shit for brains voted for a pair of shit for brains and that's the shit sandwich America gets to eat everyday for the next four years.  This is just the tip of the iceberg.

$2 gas at the pump is in direct opposition to selling policies that promote (subsidize with American tax dollars) idiotic forms of energy that otherwise make zero economic sense.  These shit for brains need at a minimum $3-4/gallon gas at the pump to make their fucked up economics look somewhat palatable.  The result is Americans will pay on both ends for "green energy."

Pay more for the energy we now consume every day while subsidizing the enablement of these shitty forms through higher taxes.  Meanwhile the shitbirds in office take their payoffs in the form of campaign donations, private investments, speaking fees and ultimately highly paid positions on the boards of these alternative energy companies.

This is the big picture that it seems so many democrats and biden supporters just really fail to grasp.

economic recovery was going to drive up gas prices.   solid jobs report today is going to hurt gas prices as well.  but end of the day we all should want a return to normal with the economy and paying a bit more is going to be part of that.  Also will keep thousands employed in the oil industry where they were struggling with low per barrel prices.

Bidens made many poor choices so far but this one is not 100% on him.

If the Green act passes in its current form it has a $2500 tax credit for buying an used EV...  it has to be 2 years old and under $25k.  It would be a financially beneficial way for those struggling paying higher pump prices to avoid those pump prices.  Nissan Leafs, BMW I3 and other EV’s are pretty darn cheap and would qualify for a tax credit.

Not 100% but definitely a good percentage. A cut to supply will always yield a higher equilibrium price. First day of econ 101. Couple that with the demand increase as we roll out of COVID and 4 dollar gas is back in the picture easily. We've already blown past 3 bucks here. 3.09 last weekend. Haven't noticed since.

This argument would hold water if gas prices were actually higher prior to the lockdowns.  Pump prices from Dec of 2019 - Feb 2020 were lower while everyone was on the road going back and forth to work (which still has not happened anywhere yet).  In fact, if you remove the temporary $3 spikes prices at the pump averaged less than $2 per gallon from 2016 - 2019.

so you got a 80 cent discount to mrket.  Prices are 240-260 all over NH so to post that it's 1.63 is just lies.

See ginger, this is exactly the type of disingenuous and deceitful crap that biden wants.  MC and others on this forum and other forms of social media are posting this type of crap all over to try and deceive people, and it works.  Rising gas prices are a direct result of dem policies right now.  These policies will FUCK the middle and lower class.

Maybe because there weren't 12 refineries down, or maybe because back in April 2020 oil companies quit drilling new wells due to the low price of crude, or maybe because some companies went bankrupt when prices got so low, or maybe all of the above.
